2009 G37 Coupe and iPad

Is there any way to connect my iPad. I have all my music on it and wanted to see if there was anyway I could do this before I shell out money for an iPod.

As far as I know, iPod and iPad have the same ports on the units themselves, so the same cable from unit to car should work fine? Not sure.

If that doesn't work, get these bad boys. RAC to auxiliary cables.

Don't they have the same plug and cord as an Ipod? My Ipad is coming into today and I was figuring you could just use the same USB cord and plug it in.
