Yeah it looks like an apt complex. I am really sorry about your luck? Did you have after market rims or stock? Once again I keep telling people you should not get a 40k car unless you have a garage.

This is really getting out of hand..I'm beside myself with all these G's on bricks the last couple days.

The thing I have learned is if they want them badly enough, they will get them no matter what. I have learned this the hard way before.

I had 2 sets of lock nuts on my OEM sport rims before I sold them. Made me feel better, but knew that they probably would be still taken if they really wanted them.

How can thiefs bypass the locks? I bought my G from the dealer and the wheels had 2 sets of locks on each wheel...isn't that extremely difficult to steal? I keep hearing others say if they want it bad enough they'll get em...but how is it possible with multiple locks per wheel?

Yeah, that's probably why I'll get them anyways, better protection than not having them but it'll be in the back of my mind that if they want them, they'll get them. Scumbag rim thieves.

Although I will say at least they used cinder blocks and sat them properly under the rotors so there wasnt much damage to the car, unlike the milk crate under the side skirt.

The same way if you happen to lose the lock key and need them removed. A garage would just ram a socket bigger on the lock and twist it out that way. I'm sure there are other types of extractors.

The only deterent is it will slow them down a little, which sometime means a difference on whether they want the hassle or not.

Cool! my 100th post...unfortunately at someone elses expense.

Jesus bro. Unbelieveable. Time is of the essence with thiefs...so investing in locks is a definite it seems for our cars. Next wheels I purchase will have 2 locks per wheel just like my stocks. A deterrent could make the difference...

I have a garage so I'm protected at night for the most part..man is that painful to see.
