bumperplugs

Whats up people I decided to take my front plate off but I dont want to spend $300 for plate holes to be filled and bumper painted so what could I do? I looked in to bumperplugs.com but it doesn't look clean. what else could I do by myself besides buying new bumper?

Heard you but like 7/16 or 3/8 little plugs from home depot and buy the base color of car at ur dealer and paint it lol
