Have you driven any of the other cars yet?

I'm not a huge fan of the BMW's atm, S4 is solid. I actually sold my G35 and bought an S4 shortly after way back when... but came back to the G37.. love my Infiniti.

Don't leave us! Test drive them all and get a good feel, then look at the budget and decide what is right. My 2 cents.

Since you're tossing around the idea of an M3...

test drive a C63 coupe, it will change your religion.

if i were you i would not get anther infinti right unless they had the generation coming out which they dont. there starting to feel a bit dated compared to cars that are coming or are out and if you can afford an m3 why even ask a stupid question run and get yourself an m3 THE ultimate driving machine(im not even a bmw fan).

Yes. That car is amazing. But all those cars are in a different league. The S4 can be a daily driver, but I wouldn't want an M3 or C63 as my DD. Any of those choices are amazing. I am partial to BMW, but since my company has big discounts of Mercedes, I will most likely get one if Infiniti doesn't come out with something fast.

My cousin bought the c63 a year ago it drives like dream and all and I highly considered getting one back in march but between m3 and c63.. AMG takes it anyday of the week but If bmw deicided to up the power itd def be a better match up between the two

Not really, the CV36 G coupe came out in 2008, it's been 4 years so far and I'm glad they haven't changed it (making my 08 still feel new )

A new model is expected in 2014, that translates to a 6 year refresh rate which I consider optimum.

agreed. the amg IS a nice car, and it does drive incredibly. the only thing that bothers me (i've been looking at a few) is the gearbox. there NEEDS to be a manual. i love the bimmers and all...but you're right, they're slightly under powered compared to the c63 (torque figures).

The gearbox thiing is very true i mean even with the auto the car is still a boss i feel like it lacks that pure driving feel that you get from the m3 if in mt

I hope thats the case! Iff i hear of major changes for example more hp/tq or complete redesign of the car id def consider it ... Not trying to take anything away from the current model its a great car but an extra 50hp wouldnt bother me
