Feedback: exhaust, intake, coilover.
Threads like these are bound to elicit multiple conflicting opinions; often people attempting to justify their own purchases. That is 100% fine as long as everyone keeps in mind that what they are reading and taking into consideration during the purchasing process are biased opinions. I can almost guarantee you that there is not one member on this forum who has tried (or experimented fairly and equally) every one of the products listed in the original post, so he/she cannot make an objective statement as to one being "better" than the other.
Since you are looking for opinions, mine are as follows:
Exhaust:
I like Japanese-made products. In my experience, they are more-often-than-not, very well constructed. Generally, the attention-to-detail is superior to Korean and American-made products. Yes, you will occasionally find a defect or a blemish - I am in no way suggesting all JDM products are flawless and perfect 100% of the time. However, again - in my experience, I have found them to be leaps and bounds above the rest. My opinion. You can take it for what it's worth...
That said, if I were choosing between the exhausts you have listed, I would choose Tanabe or, more likely, take a gamble on the Arqray. For the person who suggested Fujitsubo is no longer, I do not know where you heard that, but it is not true. Fujitsubo is one of top names in the exhaust tuning world. They are still up and running in Japan.
Additionally, I have been impressed with the MXP products. Other than that, I will never own anything made my ARK, but that is just my own opinion. There are many members on this forum who will tell you it is the "best" exhaust for the G. It is up to you to decide what you want to put on your car.
Intakes:
I have not had either of those listed on my G. I have had an Injen intake on my Z and I liked it. It's an intake. It is not going to give you 100 horsepower or throw you back in your seat. It may give you a little noise, but, with this decision, I think quality and craftsmanship should be your biggest concern. If you are simply looking for horsepower gains (which will be minimal with any intake), I would suggest keeping the stock intakes and replacing the filters.
Coilovers:
Of those listed, personally, I have only ever experienced TEIN on my own car. My decision was based on the name, to be honest. I trust TEIN and their reputation. That said, since installing them, I have no complaints. I have a set of the Flex on my G with the EDFC and I enjoy the ride. I have the ability to adjust the damping to my liking, so that is a plus, but I think it all depends on the goals of your project. Are you tracking the car? Is it a daily driver? Feel is subjective. What I think is a soft, "slushy" ride another person may believe to be too firm. These are things that will influence the decision of which suspension components you choose.
Have fun!

Can't speak for coilovers since I have the Eibach Pro kit, but I have MXP exhaust and Stillen G3 intakes
MXP: It's not loud (unless you're at WOT) and it doesn't drone, the latter being VERY important if you do even a little bit of interstate driving. I've had my MXP exhaust for a year now, and when you're cruising, you wouldn't know it's even there. At WOT, it's pure sex. A friend of mine has the Tanabe full exhaust, and it drones like a sum-bitch.
Stillen G3: The install is a pain, but the gains are damn worth it. I felt a difference immediately, especially in the higher RPM range. I'm sure after a tune, I'll likely yield even more gains.
So there's my vote. MXP and Stillen G3.
