Warranty question

I'm having my exhaust change on Wednesday and I have to visit my dealership on Saturday to get oil change and install OEM spoiler. When dealer finds out that I changed exhaust, can they void warranty?
I'm going to be installing Greddy Ti-C (Mid pipe back) on 2011 G Coupe.

No they can't void your warranty just because you have aftermarket exhaust.

You're safe with exhaust. There are only a few cars that will void on your warranty. The GT-R is one I believe... But the G is fine.

Hijacking your thread...

I just bought a 2009 G37x Coupe. When we picked it up, we declined all the extended warranties they tried to sell us.

The dealer said that the default corrosion warranty was void in NYS because of all the salt used on the roads here. That's not true is it? I have never heard of anything like that, and am assuming it was a last ditch effort to get more money for an undercoating package...

I just ignored the line and said no thank you. Up until that point I was very happy with our sales person.

I was 99% sure it was BS, glad to verify...
