You're SOL. In a perfect world, you'd have recourse, but here in the real world, you're SOL. All sales are "as-is" in the used car world, even a CPO. No dealer will rope themselves into a contract for a used car.
#1 car buying rule: Don't fall in love with the car on the lot. It has a flaw, you just have to find it.

Honestly, if you didnt notice the car was 2 diff colors for 2 months, you kinda deserve it.
You can never fully trust carfax. If you have an accident and dont report it, then just pay a shop to fix it, it never goes on the carfax.

I don't know Stoofy if that's true in all states. In GA, body shops are required to report body work due to an accident and typically shows up on a Carfax. My buddy hit a light pole in a parking lot and it damaged his bumper. The body shop replaced his bumper and painted of course. It showed up a carfax and he didn't realize it till he went to sell it.
