brand new g37 need help !!

hey guys just got a 2011 g37x coupe with premium package about 2 and a half weeks ago. now i need some advice. i have 3 problems with the car.

1. when the drivers side windows is down all the way and i go over any type of bump the window rattles

2. trunk fitment is completely off. when the trunk is closed i can squeeze my fingers under it as well as a huge gap on the sides. im positive this is a problem as ive compared mine to about 5 other g37s

3. this in my opinion is the worst problem. i go to my car every night to find spiders, flies and all types of insects coming out of the space where the windshield meets the dash. i almost got into an accident one night as 2 spiders where fighting on my windshield. they seem to be coming out on the drivers side. ive tried to inspect it myself looking under the hood for a hole or something leading to the inside of the car but nothing. is there a passage way there leading to the inside of the car under the dash?

please someone let me know the actions i should take, what to tell infiniti service and what to expect from them and if i can use the lemon laws to help. this is ridiculous on a $44,000 car. thanks

Thats not right at all, You SHOULD NOT be able to squeeze your fingers under the trunk gap when its closed, the windows shouldnt rattle when they are down, that tells me that they are loose when they are inside the door when they are completley down. I dont know about the insect part bc Ive never had a problem like that b4. Take it in for those first two, and then bring up the part with the insects, see what they tell you.

I agree about the fit and finish issues. The issue with the spiders sounds more like you need an exterminator, maybe look online for the service manuals and see where these insects can potentially hide. It's not unusual for insects and animals to find refuge in your car. I saw one video where a boa constrictor was holed up in the engine compartment.

Wonder if your unit was possibly damaged somewhere along the way, before you took delivery. Maybe banged up on the ship, or on the delivery truck. Also maybe sat a long time on a lot where they were trees or a lake nearby.
Dealer time. Tell him to make it right, or give you a different car. You should not have to live with these issues.

this is sort of a problem...

You took delivery of your car... that kind of indemnifies them... I mean if they wanted to be a$$es and not clean your car. but bumper to bumper warranty applies and they have to fix them, but beyond that you're kind of on your own.

just make sure to be REALLY Polite when you go back... let them take a look at it, and tell you what's going to happen. if they can't repair the issues yeah, then you can start negotiating on a resolution.

but yeah all that you've described isn't typical and they should be able to take care of it without any issues. lemon laws don't apply here.
