Help!!!!

I removed my black vinyl roof and it left all the adhesive on my paint. I tried using denatured alcohol, even gas to remove the adhesive but nothing. Does anyone have any suggestions????

At this point it's so bad that it looks like it will need to be repainted.....

Noooo!!! No gas!!!! I've used gas on customers cars to
Debadge with 0 issues but when I used it on the infiniti paint....
It fd it up. I had to get a good detail to fix it. It will eat the clearcoat. Have you tried any nailpolish remover.

Use clay bar, I had a Bentley wrap removed which left a lot of glue and clay bar did wonders, plus a clay bar cleaning never hurts

Gas? Nail Polish remover? omg, I wouldnt even have the guts to throw this stuff on my car.. Dude repaint it, or tell your insurance company someone played a prank on you and put (whatever it may be on your car), and ****ed up your car and have them fund it.
Good luck bro :/

3M Adhesive Remover. It comes in spray cans. I got some at Walmart. It is citrus based and will not harm the paint. Test any other brand adhesive remover before using it because it will probably take the paint off also.
Since the 3M stuff is citrus based it isn't as strong as other products so it will take a lot of spraying and rubbing.

From: Framingham Ma,
HHHmm I would have let the car sit in the sun, So it heated up then tried taking off. I use window cleaner.. I have removed badges and graphics that why if it's cold out I use a heat gun or hair dryier? But glad it's all set
