Im looking to add a non resonated mid pipe to my meisterschaft exhaust system. Will i be able to go to a shop and tell them to make a straight pipe and just switch it out for the OEM mid pipe?? I dont want to cut the resonators out because ill need it when ever i trade/Sell my car...... And on the site meisterschaft site they want a non reso mid pipe for 700$....Thats pretty steep. Any help would be good!

I'm sure any muffler shop can make you a straight pipe, they do down here in Miami all te time. You can always cut your resonator off and weld it back when ever also...

 

$700 is a ridiculous amount to pay for a modification that doesn't even improve performance. Just have the shop cut the resonators in a way that assures you can pipe and reinstall them in the future.

 

just take it to a muffler shop. im positive they can fab something up for you.
