I need to know how I should break in the car. Some people told me when I get on the highway just go fast but keep changing the speed and some people told me to take it slow. I know the dealerships tell you to take it easy but I believe they tell you this because your just learning the car.

Also Is it true that the first 100-250 miles during break in pieces of metal fall in the oil and should I change It when I get around these miles

 

What i did is, i went on the high way and just drove it like i stole it.
And about the metal pieces too, so just get an oil change before you hit the highway.
Although i've heard/read about some controversy on whether you need to break-in your car.
