Yeah the dealer sold it as a sport model but it's missing the sport wheels and brakes. However, this could have all been prevented if you had researched the car before hand and asked this questions before buying it.
If you were aware that it was missing the wheels and brakes and bought it anyway, then it's your fault.
But like someone said, if you make enough noise then you might score the brakes and wheels. Just demand the big brakes since you already have a brakes issue and since the sedan's wheels can't clear the calipers then you might score wheels too.
Curious, how much did you pay for that car? If you paid more than 25k then you got really screwed.

So it was sold as a sport model. Was there any documentation saying it was without sport wheels and brakes, or did the dealer say it was a sport package? If the dealership didn't disclose the fact that it was missing some of the components of the sport package, you have a solid case there for an unfair and deceptive trade practice since an Infiniti dealer would be well aware that they were selling an incomplete sports package.

Is that sketchy on the dealership's behalf? Absolutely. But if you knew the car was not as it should be then why would you still buy it.

I admit that it was my fault i didnt research before purchasing the vehicle but the salesman made a false statement stating that the big brakes were an option on the 08 models..clearly, the infiniti dealer didnt even know themselves that the big brakes were missing when the car was returned to them.
