hey guys, took a drive to the stealership to see their inventory, luckily I was able to snap these cool pictures of the IPL vs stock sport wheels and sideskirts..I must say, I love the IPL sideskirts, however thats it unfortunately. The sport wheels look ok in person, I still like my 2008 wheels better though

oh wow I can see a big difference especially when the car is lowered, its easy to tell in person pics dont get all the angles^^

 

well I wouldn't say too too similar, the IPL ones def. look muuuch more aggressive in person than the stock ones, they fill in the gap very well. But I agree with $ part

 

These pics dont do them justice. Look at pics of Pcasey or VossenG37S and you can see how aggressive these side are compared to stock. I was quoted 550 painted OB from the dealer and i dont think thats an outrageous price for quality sick sides.

 

The aero sides makes the car appear wider when it's dropped. PCasey was the originator and many of us has come to love those sides. I'd love to get these but I already have something else.

Man, that's a good price actually. I want to do these sides and the '11 sport bumper, but that bumper is like $1400... don't know how they justify that.

 

Have you, or anyone, seen these skirts on an X coupe?

I cant drop my X due to my lease, but i am definentally going to go to the dealership this weekend and see if theyl let me get these sides.

On second thought, I wonder how these IPL sides would look with a JP lip...

 

I keep being constantly told that i have to bring the car back "exactly as i took it off the lot"

I never know if that means i cant make mods even if they are INF parts, or if that would be allowed.

 

Meh. As long as they don't know they're going on the car, you're fine. The real question is do you want to buy parts for a car you'll eventually give back?
