It's because people really don't learn anything when they are taught in the CCW class and let the paranoia of being victimized control their decision making process and their mind set. Plus they watch too much TV. People react this way because of 1. lack of training to deal with stressful situations and 2. Fear, which can be controlled if they had more training on how to deal with these things.
