If anyone gets the chance, can they look at the rubber strip that runs across the top of the windshield. Is it tucked under the black plastic strip closest to the window or is it above the black plastic strip?

Mine was half under and half over after they replaced my Windshield. I pushed it all under, but not sure if that is the way it should be.

Here is a pic of the way it is now. Excuse the filthy car. I will be washing it today.
