Steering wheel heavy?

Why is my 08 g37s steering wheel heavier compare to 2010 g37s. Is it because my car is getting old or is there anyway that i can fix it so that it will be lighter and easier to use? Should i take it to the dealer?

Thanks

are you rocking oem rims with oem sized tires? changing to a wider tire could be causing the heavier feel
