Panic button broke off keyfob

I pulled the keys out of my pocket after work tonight and found one hanging by an edge. Just fell off.

Looks like the plastic hooks broke. I'm not entirely sure how it goes back on, but it doesn't look too complicated if I can superglue the hooks back.

Hmmph.

Super glue should do the trick. Apply the glue around the edges try not to apply it on the center part. Hope that helps

F that button anyway. I always hit on accident! lol

P.S. I would take that to the dealer. It's part of the car. Maybe you could get a new fob...

I just got off the phone with the dealer, and they told me to bring in both keys and they'll take care of it under warranty.

I have an appointment for Friday.

By the time I turned in my '08 coupe a couple months ago, the panic button on my key fob has torn... not popped off like yours but it was like the paint was peeling away...

Glad to hear that you have a dealer that stands behind their cars!
