Ask your Infiniti SM he/she should have the best answer.

^what he said. Find a mod friendly dealer or make friends with the service rep at your dealership. Magnesson-moss says the dealer has to prove your mod caused whatever problem you're having to void each particular warranty event. Your entire warranty would not be void for an intake. My dealership (Infiniti of Annapolis) installed my exhaust and suspension mods. Find a place that works with you.

No he wasn't being sarcastic, you can put your stock intake back on, just make sure you do it the right way.
