It's something I would love to see done or photoshoped...the g with a Targa top(like the Supra/Vette).
or maybe with a panaromic roof.

Now, if I still lived in East Texas I could be feelin it, just like all those old Smoky and the Bandit Firebirds and Camaros. But, I would shed a tear if someone did that to a G!

I don't really care for the convertible g...but I think if I saw a g with a t-top in person (with interior done) it would be tight.

maybe ten years from now when we get a hover-conversion, and to be able to pop the roof off, and to be all up in the clouds and stuff....

yeah the 300z used to rock the targa.. you should try it out. it might be nice.

 

Never thought about T-top, but i would love to have all glass roof(i forgot what you call that). I think it would be sick. But of course the weight issue won't be friendly.

I mean yeah in essence that's basically what it is. I love those panoramic roofs that mercedes has.

I just thought maybe one of you guys with them photoshop skills could hook a chico up. maybe someone down the road sees this thread and throws something together.

also, I think both the Firebird and the Supra use the same term t-top...but they're different styles. the supra's roof piece comes completely off, like a newer targa vette. I just like how when you open it up, it keeps the lines flowing towards the back.

I guess the panaromic sunroof would be tight. plus you won't have to use a sticker vinyl.

I don't have to state about everybody having different tastes...I even put it in the title. the people who own g's are very diverse. you have people who don't mod and keep the g stock. you have people that completely change-up the look of the car..airbags, rims, tracking wings, headlights, you name it. you're also going to find people who get an IPL that is moded straight from the factory with grounding effects, red seats, exhaust, etc...you have a following for the g in a convertible version respectively.

would changing the sunroof option for our cars with a panaromic sunroof, deter people from buying it in the future? I mean we didn't buy a roadster 2 seater. we got a 2 + 2(with the extra weight for whatever the reason).
