G37 coupe non-sport mods
G37 coupe non-sport mods
Hello everyone.
Just leased a brand new 10' Moonlight White Journey coupe non-sport w/ prem, nav, and kickplates.
Wanted to get a sport package, but couldnt find one in Moonlight W.
Anyhow, looking for some small appearance and performance mods, nothing too major because its a lease, and I want to be able to take them off quickly, and cheap.
Planning to get the following within the next six months: Eibach pro-kit, and some H&R DRM spacers (planning to run on the stock 18's cuz the roads in Los Angeles are horrible), and a sway bar (don't know which one I want yet), and probably pick up some splash guards asap.
I just want to improve the look and handling just a little bit, and nothing too extreme. Probably never track the car. I know most the cars in here are sport models, and alot of the people running the eibachs are using them with their stock sport shocks, and don't seem to have too many issues with ride quality.
Does anyone know how the eibachs will ride on the non-sport struts/shocks?
I know the non-sport's shocks are a little softer, so don't know if that will make the ride bouncier or stiffer.
I think the non-sport shocks are too soft at times, but when I drive on messed up roads, which are plenty in Los Angeles, I'm so glad that I have the non-sport setup. Used to drive a 08' 535i with sport suspension with 18" run-flats. The car handled beautifully, but when you hit a bump, man you can feel it nasty!
Any input will be appreciated, and if you guys have suggestions, let me know. I love the G37, but I want it to look a little more aggressive, and stand out just a little bit without effecting reliability and performance.
Thanks guys!
