That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen. Hasn't anyone got anything better to do? Imagine waiting in line at a random checkpoint for hours as they smog test your car in the middle of the street... I hope this is more of a scare tactic than anything else. 'Weiboy', you better hope your carb sticker comes soon dude cause this is gonna suck if it happens to any of us.

Cali ftl. I already called the police to set up a checkpoint near Weiboy's house. As soon as that car gets towed I'm swiping the SC kit, Did I mention I work as a tow truck operator so it works out perfectly.

but honestly, they'll be picking on older cars. Cali wants to get rid of the old model cars on the road, since they pollute way more than new model cars.

 

This has been going on for several months now. Saw a few of those check points in Whittier already. Very random when they do it.
