Angry Please tell me what to do ???

I have a MoonWhite G37s and this is the first time it get a HIT from my friend Uncle ............ AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH I really get mad because of that and in the same time I don't want to lose the friendship with them I'm so confused ?????

He should pay to have it fixed. No need to lose a friend over it. If they don't want to fix it, they aren't friends then.

Depending on how much damage was done, i would say
Option 1: you two share the costs (assuming the cost is less than your deductible)
Option 2: if you are going through the insurance have him pay your deductible and your insurance pays the rest.

I like option one since your carfax will be clean as opposed to having an accident on record.

If he is really your friend he should own up to his mistake and pay to have it fixed

Had a friend back up into my bike once and messed it up. I wasn't around he waited for me to come back to let me know what had happened, offered to pay for damages and did. He should own up to his mistake, good luck.

Whether friend or stranger, the person that did the damage should pay for it. Would they let it slide if you were the one that hit them?
