Since this is my first car, at least 10 years, til I'm out of college. After that, I'm going BMW M5/M6 kicking it up a notch

The G will be with me forever probably...once I hit about 80-90k miles she will be garaged and TT'd soon after. Plan on turning it into a beast once I don't have to have as a daily driver.

Max 4 yrs from the day I got it, I wouldn't buy another G37 unless it was a redesign, no reason to get the same model cycle. Unfortunately, 4 yrs from the day I got it, we'll still be on the current G37 model cycle, even if it is refreshed, it's not different enough to justify buying again IMO. I do love my G37 though

My 'vert is a lease and will turned in at the end of the lease, if not before. I think a hard top 'vert is cool but I would not want the repair bill after warranty.

I haven't kept a car long enough to need tires in 10 years. The G will be up for sale shortly. Building the TT was a fun project and this car will move on to make way for the next project.

I'm keeping mine until I decide that I truly do want a Cayman S or can afford an R8 or 911 Turbo.

Vert?what's that sorry about the noobieness.

I bought my 2009 g37 in 2009 July and payed it off 6 months later. It feels so good not to have car payments so I'm not sure if I'll another car for a while.

I love my G, and I'm going to keep it until it dies basically, which won't be for a very long time as I'm meticulous with it. 19 months of ownership, and I only have 5200km on it.

330 hp and the look of this car will not get old any time soon! If after a while, you want something with more kick, you can get a second car I'm thinking. For me, I'll probably get a GTR in the next couple of years. But my daily driver will always be my G. It's Athens Blue - amazing colour that takes on different shades depending on the time of day! After 1.5 years, I still love my car like day one. I still walk around the car sometimes just to stare at its lines.

I hear ya brother.....took me about 12 months to figure out there is something missing with the G ......my previous was a 2003 M3 SMG and that lead me to the G, the SMG was so bad my wife could not drive the M so i switched to the G and the auto is just blah. Inconsistent one two shifts and not very intuitive and the wife NEVER drives the G so im done...Next car is a 6 speed and I dont care.
