Battery for the G37

I am looking to upgrade the stock battery to this:
XS Power D5100 AGM Battery Racing Car Audio: eBay Motors (item 320460912183 end time Jul-08-10 0947 PDT)

I noticed the length is exact of the optima, a little higher than the optima (which has been noted to be short), and a lot less width.
Would this be a drop in replacement?

XS power batteries are really good. You can't go wrong with buying one.. Definitely way better then the oem battery. Good find

Yupp at the same price as the optima, it gives so much more!
To ensure that the bracket tightens down, I guess I'll have to make some sort of buffer out of wood but that'll be easy.

A red top is about half the battery of the yellowtop bro, obviously quite a bit of a price difference.

Yellowtops simply make sense running all of the amts of electronics in our cars, esp w/ navi

i had a red top in my old hyundai back a few years and i hate a 3000 watt system at one point with no cap, the optima was perfect and ran great. i eventually went for the yellow top and i didnt notice any difference really. The car fired up quicker though hah

Guys, totally unrelated except on the topic of red/yellow top. I have a SUV (Xterra) that has no add-on electronics. It doesn't get used very much and when it does, it's often not driven that far. Would a yellow top over the red top be a better choice just because it doesn't get charged often?
