I purchased my 10' G37S Coupe a few weeks ago and came home not so long ago to find this in the mail Infiniti has impressed me once again with their beautiful cars and great customer appreciation.

Every dealer is different. I got a big can of assorted nuts from mine (as well as the Infiniti pen)...

 

Mine took a picture of me when I first bought my car, and then sent me a card (with the picture as the card) and a hand written note on the inside. It made me feel special.

nice! I didn't get anything either and I bought my 09 exactly 1 year ago during carmageddon.

 

you mustve overpaid for them to feel guilty to send you a Tiffanys pen. LOL mine sent me 2 plants. hahahaha

 

I think it's a new thing from Infiniti. I've read that people buying/leasing the new M have received a crystal bowl from Tiffany's.

 

i got nothing...purchased a new 09 in Feb. I remember the dealer pointing out the "nice" infiniti pen in the owners manual...my wife and i laughed about that one on the way home...haha.

My parents got all kinds of free goodies from Lexus when they purchased back in the 90's.

 

When I got mine the sales person that we bought it from came personally to my house and brought homemade chocolate chip cookies!

 

Nice, lists for $65 bucks at Tiffany's, although I'm sure they bought bulk and possibly through the company for a serious discount. Interesting dealer, I guess he's trying to convince you that you made a quality purchase.

Now watch the same dealer give you a deer in the headlights stare when you bring them an issue..lol. Let's hope not.

 

well at least you got something nice in the mail. all i got was a bill for the 1st month's car payment
