Plastic? Really? The one that came in my manual was a decent metal pen. I think its actually a really nice as well.

It's sometimes just a personal gift from the sales rep & not the dealer. When I was in new car sales, I'd spend up to $50 out of my own pocket on gifts for customers, it had nothing to do with my dealership. I'm not saying $50 is huge or anything, but it's a nice gesture that customers appreciate.

Just checked the Tiffany's website. The pen only runs 65 dollars. I thought it was much more.
