My salesman did the exact same thing! Did you buy yours from Sewell?

 

Yeah, Sewell does the chocolate chip cookies and takes a picture with you next to the car.

 

I got a golf umbrella b/c I kept asking how it was possible to fit 2 sets of clubs in the truck w/out folding the seats even though there was a diagram. I think they use short clubs over there in Japan.

 

I got a hat, mug & keychains.

Whoopie! lol

 

Those are all nice things from the sales department and shows that they care enough to make a customer happy. And I've had those things sent to me by various dealers, too. Call me a cynic, but it can be a total waste of effort on their part because the first time their customer takes the car for service and the service advisor pisses them off by telling them something they know is wrong/idiotic/unfair/uninformed, that will be the lasting image of that dealership!

 

Yeah, when my salesman showed me that diagram he said (in heavy German accent), "I am here to tell you that you will NOT fit 2 bags of golf clubs with the seats up"

 

man...I didn't get jack from Gunn Infiniti (San Antonio) last year.

 

I got two XL Infiniti T-shirts that will never fit me. That's it. No pen, no cookies, no pictures, etc.

 

I got the same pen. I'm thinking it's an Infiniti corporate thing since no where does it say Ray Catena Infiniti.

My first Infiniti I got a baseball cap and a blanket with the Ray Catena Infiniti dealership logo all over them.

 

I got cookies delivered to my home the night after I brought home my new G37S. =P They were sooo good!

I've had 3 since 2005. Never got s**t!

 

NICE. Only thing I got was two free gas coupons.

 

i called to find out why i received the pen in the mail. supposedly if u buy a '10 nissan/infiniti there is a promotion with tiffany's that you will receive the gift .
