There is not way it just died for no reason. You must have left something on like a dome light, ect....

Dude... Batteries die... Actually, its not too uncommon in new cars, since they mostly
sit around with no charge, but get drained from interior lights and other items left on
from customers/dealers leaving doors open when viewing the car...

Perhaps Nissan/Infiniti got a good deal on some cheap batteries from China???

I am not saying you need a dome light at 12PM but maybe you put if on by accident.

Just take it back and get a new battery. If you complain enough they will give you a new battery.

I know there was a TSB on this for the 08s and 09s. There's about 100 threads on here about this issue (I think in most cases there was some valve that wasn't functioning properly that was causing people's batteries to die, but then when they'd have it tested the battery would be perfectly fine). I figured they would've had it fixed on the '10s though...

Intelligent key

You left the inteligent key in the car when you do that it drains the battery because of the distance sensor

Sorry bro but yes it is a common problem with the G's. However, I think mines is special almost 2 years of owner and as of today NO DEAD BATTERY yet. One time I was gone for 1 month came back car started fine during winter time. Also the huge storm we had back in February 3 weeks without driving it NO DEAD BATTERY. "Knock On Wood"

I think you have set the new record for dead battery (984 miles).
Mine lasted almost three thousand miles before it went dead. Congratulations on the new record Took mine in and they installed a larger capacity battery plus a new vent control valve and its been fine since.
