Angry Bus driver ran a red light

No matter how hard you try to avoid trouble, trouble seems to find you!

Let me start from the beginning. I was waiting for the traffic light to turn green. This intersection is notorious for accidents caused by drivers running red light. Anyways, the light turned green, and as a precaution I looked to my left (which was took about a second), and then looked to my right (another second) then I started accelerating. All of sudden a bus flashes right in front of me. He was braking when he saw me leave the intersection, and he lost control of the rear. The rest is history. The backend of the bus smashed my front.

It could've been worse; if I left the intersection without checking both sides he would've ran into my side, and who knows what would've happened then.

F**K reckless drivers!

And the cherry on top of the cake, the dude ran another red light as I was following him to the police station to file a report.

Again F**K reckless drivers!

Yeah man, I'm not exaggerating I easily took 2.5 or 3 seconds before I entered the intersection, so the light didn't just turn red for him. Keep in mind he was driving one of those big Toyota buses. He easily could've T-boned me.

The guy is going to police court for running a red light tomorrow morning.

I can't even look at my car now, it just breaks my heart.

Yeah, there was no stopping him.

The police here are very tough on drivers who run red lights, and they weren't soft on him at all this morning.

Got an estimate of $4,000 for all the damage. Hood, front bumper, grille, and lights have to be replaced plus labor. It should take 3 weeks to fix.

Sorry to hear it man! At least hes been cited at fault. Thank God I've got a hold of my anger now. In the old days I would of dragged him out the bus and beat him to a pulp.
