Gas refuel

Today I went to refuel my gas b/c the light had come on and when the pump clicked off saying its full....it only filled up 10 gallons instead of the ~16 it normally does. I started my car and it only filled up 3/4. I went back out and tried again and it wouldn't allow me to fill anymore. Has this happend to anyone else?

Has happened to me at Costco. Tried a different gas station the next time and no problem.

Tried Costco again, at a different pump a few days ago and no problems.

Pump at 1/2 speed. For some reason, Infiniti gas tanks can't handle fast pumps.

Hasn't happen to me yet but I know if you fill it up slowly like on the first notch on auto fuel it should do the trick.
