How much would you expect me to pay per fill, if I got 23-24 miles to the gallon because I'm doing around 45-60 on rural roads with occasional lights on the way to school.

($ per gallon) x (# of gallons to fill) = how much you have to pay per fill

Isn't the G37 a 20 gallon tank?

Yeah, but "E" comes on way before that.

So I'd be approximately paying around 42-48 dollars per fill?

Dude, its simple math. How many gallons you gonna run it down to? Take that number and subtract it from 20. Then multiply by $ per gallon.

Everyone refills at different levels. Just do the math.

That's almost the exact type of driving my wife does every day to work. Don't expect anything better than 22-25 mpg

Do the math for the rest of your needed info. I have never filled it up and had added more than 17 gallons ...was surprised to hear it's a 20gal tank. Yeah, "E" and the gas light come on pretty early.

Not all G37's with the sport package are manual's. You can get the auto and add on a sport package.

And yes, it is worth it and so much more. The limited slip diff alone is worth the sport package (but the bigger brakes, bigger wheels, and better shocks are all extras to make the grin even bigger). Let me put it this way...even BMW doesn't put a limited slip on any of their non-M cars because it's what makes the M's handling unmatched by the non-M's. To add one later on, it'd cost a few grand and a lot of labor.

And just to clarify, I don't think you can get a manual without the sport package.

I am picking up my 2008 Ivory pearl AT with Sport,Navigation,Premium
package and spoiler with 12500 miles for 31850 this Friday. I have seen plenty with similar characteristics at carmax all about 30000 plus minus a thousand with up to 20000 miles.

Maybe you should go to school and learn first, lol.

My advice is buy a cheap car and go to school. Why get an expensive car while in school?

Hey realize buddy that not all sport models are manual... i have an automatic sport and i love it so much!! trust me man,,,, if you dont buy sport your gonna regret it. I was so close to buying a non sport its not even funny. Im so glad i got Sport just because the handeling seems better.... turns are smoother and just the sports look on the inside is great. IMHO i think the front bumper is ALOT sexier than the non-sport. So any dumbass that tells you the difference between the "sport" and "non-sport" is an "S" badge, he has no idea what hes talking about. To be honest.... as much as i thought i would use the navi, i havent used it once and have driven the car for a few months now. The only "luxury" i use is the heated seats and backup camera. So if you can get just a type "S" then your set and you will really like your car. And P.S. the IS sucks ***** so good job with switching to the G37
