What did my G come with?

i bought an '08 G37S back in december with <8k mile .

my question is does anyone know where i can get a list of the original equipment that came installed from the factory? the previous owner threw away the window sticker, but that would've been exactly what i'm looking for. i'm assuming i would need to use my VIN somewhere. any ideas? tia.

Post a pic up of your dash and we can tell you what packages you have on it.

Some easy ways to tell...

Premium Package - Ipod dock, bluetooth, etc
Sport Package - looks like you already have sport
Navigation Package - nav, rear view camera
Technology Package - flash drive slot on dash

There are more packages and options, but those seem to be the more popular packages that these cars are made with.

what i'm trying to figure out is:

i bought the car with a spoiler. it looks like the factory optional (not the chrome lip), but i'm not sure if it actually is or if the previous owner just install one on. i'm leaning towards the latter cuz i think it's a fiberglass spoiler. i thought the OEM was poly.

the spoiler feels a little loose so i want to bring it in for warranty, but just want to make sure before i go in. the nearest infiniti dealer is about 1.5 hours away.

VIN # does not decode specific equipment like rear spoiler. Why dont you call the dealer & ask them about fixing it under warranty?

Do you have brake light under the rear glass? If you do, that means the previous owner installed the spoiler after he bought the car.

Call the dealership and give them you VIN # they will be able to tell exactly what you car has. Also like GUnit37 said, if you have a brakelight on your winshield then it is an aftermarket spoiler, or could be the factory one installed after purchasing the vehicle.

Easiest way to tell if the tech package is installed is to look at the lower right front bumper (in the mesh zone) for a rectangular laser unit. If its there you've got it, in a good way of course and not like the doctor saying 'yeah you've got it'. LOL
