If you go to the Infiniti website, you could always see these color combos. They are not new...

 

Pre2010 Black leather and stone leather both came with the black dash. Wheat came with a beige dash.

Now in 2010 wheat will also come with a black dash.

It is not an extra option or accessory. If you choose wheat or stone, youre interior will look "2-tone" like the pictures.
