I have my traction control off, revving the car to about 4k rpm and dump my clutch, it feels like the gas petal is being step on by itself and the car feels like it doesn't want to go. feels like like its being redline but it is only around 3k-4k. Even when I'm changing from 1st to 2nd. Just very loud revving.

I think a better question is why the hell are you dumping your clutch from 4k revs?
On a stock clutch you shouldn't be "dumping" the clutch, and definitely not from 4k.

From my exsperiance our transmissions our like glass...Ive herd from several shop owners that our cars can handle alot of power but under real pressure will break in a heartbeat......If your car is more along the line of a track/race car to you I would suggest not just a new clutch/flywheel but a whole new tranny/ or a built transmission. The transmission is prolly the one and only thing I hate about our cars in the fact that they break under any kind of pressure....from my exsperiance
i did it once about a week ago and it just happen with vdc off. other than that the clutch grabs just fine when down shifting and so forth. Its weird cause i revv at about 4k in my old 94 integ and it never happens.
try to do a ecu reset and see how that goes. if it grabs on down shift then your clutch should be fine
And you don't have to dump the clutch from 4k to get a fast start. With a rear wheel drive car and VDC off you'll most likely just spin the tires anyway, its going to be faster to feather till it grabs then dump it.
