Fresno infiniti. This is something I'd expect from ford or Kia. I'm upset. Who should I talk to? I know my mat isn't upside down. I know I had the one with the Infiniti logo on it.

Then you simply call the service dept and ask to speak with the service manager and tell him the situation. Be polite and respectful. Calling them every foul word you can think of will DEFINITELY not help matters.....being respectful but firm will earn much more attention from the manager who wants to keep you as a customer so you can continue lining their pockets for their over-priced services. Good luck and keep us posted.....definitely a weird occurrence.

I heard that the new floor mats, and I assume trunk mats no longer come with the Infiniti logo. So even if they provided you with a new trunk mat it may not have the logo.

Oh, and if anyone knows where I can get black floor mats WITH the logo please let me know.

look on your window sticker... it should probably say it if it was in the car when you picked it up

The removable trunk mat comes separately and definitely has a logo.

I think if you tell them the situation...they'll take care of it.

So I called and asked to speak with the service manager but only the assistant was available and I explained to her the situation and she said she'd speak to the tech and give me a call back, it's been a week and no call back.

If it were me, I'd go up there in person and tell them the situation; you'll get much father than just asking for the manager on the phone. Start with the Service Manager and if you have no luck, ask to speak tot he General Manger. Most dealership would be more than willing to just go ahead and replace it to keep you happy, even if they didn't believe you. Your business in their service department is worth it.
