If you're looking at Injen, then it MAY make a slight difference just b/c of the faux vents on the sport...but if you're looking at something like the Stillen Gen3, then no b/c the grille is the same either way (I guess for anything other than the Ingen CAI it wouldn't make a difference.

 

yea shoot, that was what i was worrying about. anyone have the g37 bumper who installed injen? is it still worth it to get or should i just look at other intakes?

 

If you're really concerned about the extra 0.5hp you can drill holes in the fake vents or just replace them with a custom mesh

Not worth selling your sports bumper for a non sport

 

To me the X isn't even an option until (if ever) they offer a manual transmission. One of the main reasons I got my G was because I got my first automatic transmission car ever (2009 mazda3) and hated it. I really hate how infinity limits the choices of manual transmission in the G so much. It's a sports couple, all models should have the option
