is a rattling sound normal when you turn the G37 off?

 

Yup...next time you try it, try turning it off while depressing the clutch and see what happens ...it's your clutch/flywheel/tranny vibrating and making the noise.

 

and just wait!! pretty soon everything will be rattling!!

I was about to take it to the dealer. I get the windshield noise when I'm driving really slow over speed bumps. =(

 

Absolutely agree. 800 miles in and it's going back to the dealer tomorrow for creaking noises coming from the driver side. It happens when the car is uneven, much like ascending/descending the driveway.

The glovebox is rattling on any slight or major bump...

 

4000 miles, not a peep from anywhere.

 

I get the same rattle when turning off my 6mt G37 I figured it was the exhaust rattling around

 

Push the clutch in when you turn your car off, it won't make that rattling sound anymore

 

glovebox is easy to fix you can do it yourself in 5 minutes. uneven road creaking i still havent been able to pinpoint.
