I have had my G37S for a year now, have about 7k miles on it, cuz i had to go back to Rome this winter break so i didn't drive it during that time.

Overall i really love this car, but few things i hate:

1. Clutch/tranny: OMG must keep left foot steady, if i relax a lil then the engagement is one word: ROUGH. and the clutch is noisy while the car is idling... and its hydraulics, prefer more old fashioned, stiff and direct

2. Leather quality: most of the ppl have this issue, but i really don't have that much issue with it, although punched a whole with my key couple months ago, dealership fixed it. but still, wish the leather was thicker or something lol so that when u sit on it for long time, u won't stretch it and it won't come back...

3. With newest iPhone, iPod firmware, the iPod adapter in the car won't charge them.

4. Moon roof makes noises when moving slowly on bumpy roads.

5. HATE THE CLUTCH

But afterall I LOVE this car and really happy that i got it, instead of the 2008 WRX STi which looks like, what's the word?

 

I'm 100% with you! I've only had mine for a month or so but I absolutely love my G!

 

Buy an adapter for your 3G needs, it'll charge your phone/ipod.

 

Yea I have to agree, the clutch is a problem.

 

Can you please post a link? What adapter can I guy that will hook up the iPod to the G37 and also charge it at the same time?

I hate the trade in value of the G37. Not even funny how low it is already.

 

I also agree 100%. The car is great overall but the clutch is definitely its weak point. Sometimes my passengers look like bobble heads when I relax too much and the car jerks. But I still love my car, and I guess I'll just deal with the clutch issue, all cars have something you have to compromise on.

 

Are you trading it in? If not, who cares.

dont cry when you total your car and the insurance company pays you nothing for your car.

 

Griffin just released their version of the iPhone charge converter. I just got mine last week in the mail and it fits into the 6MT console. So far, it's the only one that will fit in the 6MT's armrest.

 

im in agreement with the clutch, but everything else no problems, i love my G, i jsut need to start modding, soon!!!
