Cigarette Burn!

There's a cigarette burn mark near the upper side of the passenger window unholstery. (my brother did it = / )
Is there any way to fix the single damaged mark or do i have to replace the whole freaking uphostery?!

If you just got your car, take a razor blade and take out the black burnt parts. Take it to your stealership and tell them you don't know how it got there. The key to this is, it can't look completely like a cig burn, and it was on Infiniti. This happened when my tint guy burned a cig to the driver window upholstery. Oh yeah, you gotta replace that whole part.

It never ceases to amaze me when someone suggests the solution to a problem is to lie, in this case to a dealership. Sure Infiniti, who would end up footing the bill for something that is not really covered under warranty, can afford it, but is that a reason to commit a subtle fraud?

Besides honesty being a forgotten trait here, the bottom line on this sort of thing is that the price of service at dealers may go up, and some of us will then complain even more, calling them all “stealerships” and wondering why we’re paying more and getting less customer service than in the past.
