Fix-it ticket help

Hey guys, some of you know I recently got a fix-it ticket while I was parked for no front license plate. But I just realized that the ticket was written up as a G35, not a G37. Is there hope for me to get out of it because that simple mistake?

Is your license plate number on the ticket?

Two of my friends tried to pull this here in Illinois, one was a speeding ticket and the other was a parking ticket, both got shut down because on the ticket was the license plate number.

best option is to buy the stillen front plate adapter, put it on, have it signed off, then stick them in the trunk.

A technicality like that might not get it dismissed. It the license plate number was different, you could say it is a different car, but the G35/G37 probably wont do it unless there are other fundamental errors on the citation.

Know anybody with the same color G37 locally who has a front plate would be willing to swap yours onto their car for an inspection and then change back?

Appreciate all the feedback. But I think you're all right. I'm probably going to go with the Stillen plate.

And yea, my plate number's on the ticket

Hopefully after this you'll learn not to run red lights while making those late-night drug runs huh?

I don't run any lights.

I just use the mining tunnel to go across the border.
(for those of you that have seen the movie that got me in trouble)

No..... dude.. he got it while PARKED while watching the movie!?

that's WRONG!

going to movie theaters during a F&F release to give fix-its to modified cars is next to being as low as camping outside of bars & clubs and pulling over anyone and everyone who is driving away.. i always wondered how many DUI's a cop could give in one night..
