Get used to the tickets. With all of the of the red light cameras and cities and states losing revenue (property taxes being just one) No front plate is a little extra easy money to them. Pretty soon they are going to tag you if you fart! Especially in California.

that's WRONG!

going to movie theaters during a F&F release to give fix-its to modified cars is next to being as low as camping outside of bars & clubs and pulling over anyone and everyone who is driving away.. i always wondered how many DUI's a cop could give in one night..
Damn, even worse!

Your license plate was issued on the ticket you will have to pay...unless you get the plate for the front before the court date(1 month later on average). Take in the receipt/registration for the plate and you will not have to pay the ticket. At least that is how its been in Miami's Court system for over 20 years. Use to get no-drivers license tickets/registration like that all the time from suspensions when young and drag racing etc.and I beat the system ever single time by showing up with it at my court date.

The judge sees you made the effort to get it done and he will dismiss it..worst case court cost = average $35-$45.00 dollars no points since this is non-moving violation.
