I know most of you will say press the vdc butten but no that only shuts off 60% but how do you fully shut it off?

 

pressing the vdc button will fully disable the vdc, the light will still show up, but you will have no traction control... i think

 

No that doesnt it shuts only 60% off trust me lol there's a way to fully shut it off just dont know how lmao some1 told me to hold it for 10 sec but i got confuzed wen i did it lol it does something weird to the car lol cant explain maybe that is how you fully shut it off just wanted to see what you guys on the forums had to say lol

UMMM as in the computer still grips and dont let the car slip all the way i dont get what dont you understand that its not fully off

VDC off turns traction 100% off

 

VDC only turns your traction off, you still have stability control... which you cant turn off. On the Lexus and BMW though, you're able to fully turn stability and traction off, not sure what other cars though.

 

the button does NOT fully turn it off. if you want to go all the way, just pull your brake fuse.

does the stability control have to do with throttle cut when trying to burn out?

 

thats the thing my car wont let me burn out and then someone told me thats because the vdc doesnt fully shut the traction off so thats why i came to you guys for help lol

 

Must be nice to able to vaporize tires without thinking of the cost.

 

If you turn VDC off you can do a burn out. It just cuts you at 5k rpm all you gotta do is rev it up to just below that and kinda blip the throttle or let off then back on and it will let you take it all the way up when doing burn outs. At least it did this on the G35 loaner car I got.
