^^Yeah i should have filed a claim with their insurance - but the process was taking too long. So I did it through my insurance. The opposite parties insurance company is accepting responsibility - so basically, my insurance will take care of all payments and then bill the other insuracne company. And my deductible is waved!

So, on a bright note - I GOT MY BABY BACK!!! Maybe im just being stupid, but it doesn't feel right. Take a look for yourselves. I think the body shop did a good job, but i cant quite put my finger on what is bugging me. They ended up replacing the bumper, the right side bumper braket, and the reinforcment bar. Also, they washed my car and detailed the interior (something i forgot to tell them not to do!). The thing that upsets me is that they used a glossy/greasy finish on the interior - i cant stand it - it looks like there is oil all over the place. I know some people like that finish, but im more of a matt-finish kinda person. My hands feel all wierd after touching the e-brake/shifter. But it does look nice. They cleaned the leather too - so im slipping and sliding all over the seat - cant be good for the bubble issue.... but over all - i'm very happy with the job they did. Unless you guys can see evidence from the pics to tell me otherwise.

i think it's just in your head... the damage wasn't even that bad... how is the paint match? it's kind of hard to tell in pictures since angles/relections etc can affect it.

Looks pretty good. Paint match is off just a hair from what I could see, but overall, it looks good

The paint match is pretty good - i think its the angles in the pictures that make it seem different.

Yeah I was about to point out the paint too...looks a little bit off, but I'm hoping it's just the shadow.

$307.62? I think i am not gonna put on any clear bra on my front bumper, it costs more than a new front bumper. where is the body shop locat at?
