looks like the vent piece for the lower air vent (either by ur driver feet, or passenger feet)

What he said. Cover for the vent on one side (or the other) of the tunnel under the dash.

its the vent cover. my friend kicked out mine on the left side of the passenger seat just pop it back in

hahahahha...there use to be a thread like that on the civic forum i use to be part of...people would take pictures, and either crop it to whatever they want, or take a really close up picture or osmething and people had to guess what it was...
