Can't open hood

Well this weekend i installed my stillen intake and i was having trouble closing my hood. driver side would go down all the way, but not the passenger side. i started to mess around with the black cable and now the passenger side of the hood does not pop up anymore.

Black cable = the cable that runs from one headlight to the other and it controllers the latch of the hood on both sides

is it the stillen or is it the latch springs, cause spring inside the latch housing sometimes freezes up in very cold weather

After you were finished with the install and put everything back on, you might have accidentally pinched the black hood release cable. It could be misaligned and squeezed under something somewhere.

Can you pull your hood release all the way up? It should go ALL the way up, if not, then your cable is caught.

Be careful what you say to the dealership, they may try to pin it on your intake install and have you pay for the work.

when the passenger side didn't close, did you push it down

cause mine does the same, but i unhook it and let the hood slam down to close....cause i don't wanna push on the hood while one side is closed and the other isn't
