Three nuts. One in the center above the two wire grommets and then the two on each side. I looked again and could not locate any other nuts. I stuck my finger into the open areas and felt nothing more.
Looks reasonable, My Chrome spoiler has the same nuts in the same place i think, Going to re-check tomorrow, I think its 2 in the middle and 1 on the far end side, Like this :
The answer is simple. The chrome cap uses the outboard holes and the spoiler uses the inboard holes! Seams as if it should be the other way around unless the chrome cap is quite flimsy at each end. Why? You would have to ask the Japanese fellow who designed it that way!
