Need advice quick about a dealer installed spoiler!!

The dealership gave me two options, to sell me a car without the spoiler (in which they will order it from the factory and install it), which I could get in a few days, or get a one that already has it installed from the factory/port a week later. I am second guessing an aftermarket install just because it may take them forever to receive and do a shotty install.

Any thoughts?

Cost would be the same except I would have to live with the chrome lip until the spoiler came. There were a few horror stories on this board with the dealer installing the wrong spoiler so I wanted to get a second opinion

The spoiler is so easy to install A Caveman Could Do It. The Question you should ask is will there be a 3rd brake light in the spoiler? And if so ,are they going to remove the 3rd brake light in the back window which will mean they would have to also change out your rear package shelf?

I'm not sure on those details. Just got a feeling something could get screwed up, that's why thinking about waiting for the car that already it factory installed instead of someone potentially botching the install. Also since I would of paid for the car at this point harder for recourse.

Have them swap trunks and rear deck lids with a car that has the spoiler already. Make sure you tell them if you have Nav or not, they may forget about the back up camera.

If you get the OEM spoiler, the chrome piece gets taken off and when they install it, they should disconnect the rear deck light. Since they're doing it at the dealer, it will still be under warranty so you shouldn't have to worry about the workmanship...but I would just wait a week for the one that comes with it installed from the factory. Any difference in price?

They said they have to match paint close to factory, which just sounds like job will not be as good
