18 degress = cool, 18.5 degrees = warm

I'm from Canada so my temps are in degrees, but I noticed something strange. When I set the climate control to 18.5 degrees, the air is really warm, but when I switch to 18, the air comes out cool. The difference between 18 and 18.5 is QUITE different. I wanted to get a level of air in between the two, but I can't. One is too cool and one is too warm.

Anyone else have similar issues?

You have to realize the temperature coming in from the vents is coming from the engine heat... when you set the temp, it modulates the "hot" air with the "cold" air until it reaches the desired cabin temp. Setting it to 18 doesn't mean the air coming out of the vents is at 18.

Hey, yup, i realized that setting it to 18 does not mean the air coming out is 18, but if setting it to 18 means the air coming out will make the cabin temp 18 degress C, then there still shouldn't be such a big difference if I set it to 18 or 18.5.

Oh well....
