mmm, the artwork jogs my memory to UNV-IT46's DIY on headlamp removal & baking.
I don't think he did FI... I don't see any sign of intercooler, just radiator.

could anyone provide the exact part number or confirm what chasemyaccord stated?
i want to buy a car which was in a minor cosmetic accident, it has the front bumper replaced, but this clip/bracket is damaged and sometimes doesn't hold(lets got) the bumper cover too well . i'm warned beforehand and it's not repaired just because the time of delivery and it's difficult (to ukraine from america)..
