MBA's are a funny thing. The OP wants one for personal reasons and that is probably the best reason. I have over 11 years of business experience in sales, BD etc..etc... and I am considering getting an MBA from an online University. I cant take time out of my life with a wife and Mortgage and cars etc...etc... to get my MBA so online is the next best. Unfortunately unless you have a top ten school online ones dilute the value because more and more people have an MBA on the resume. Good luck and remember, keep your earnings under 250k or the Gov will wack you!
